Fitness Cardio Kickboxing

Our Cardio Kickboxing class is a great addition to any workout routine – whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or are in the best shape of your life! Our classes are a total body workout – we utilize tons of equipment: wave master, focus mitts, battle ropes, medicine balls, yoga balls, dumbbells, free weights, and so much more. Our classes stretch, strengthen and work the entire body, including the core muscles. Classes are either 45 or 60 minutes, and are a great stress reducer as well as a fun, motivating cardiovascular workout, burning over 400 calories! Our classes help increase coordination as well as circulation, teaching balance and self defense techniques that can be useful should you ever need to defend yourself.
