Fitness Cardio Kickboxing

Our fitness kickboxing class is a great addition to any workout routine – whether you are just beginning or are in the best shape of your life! At Amerikick Martial Arts, we utilize tons of equipment to give you a total body workout: wavemaster, battle ropes, yoga balls, dumbbells, free weights, medicine balls, focus mitts and so much more. Our classes are either 45 or 60 minutes and are a great stress reducer as well as a fun, motivating cardiovascular workout. We stretch, strengthen and tone the entire body, including the core, increasing circulation, coordination and teaching balance and self defense techniques that can be useful should you ever need to defend yourself.
