Our Instructors

Sensei Christina Fontanarosa

Sensei Christina has been training in the Martial Arts under the direction of Grandmaster Dennis Tosten since the age of 7, and currently holds the rank of 2nd Dan in American Kenpo. Christina excels at Traditional forms and stances, and her favorite weapon is the kama. She is an excellent instructor and role model for our students, connecting particularly with the shy and reserved students. Christina is CPR certified.

Sensei Bryan Liptrot

Sensei Bryan has been training in the Martial Arts under the direction of Masters Justin Smith and Chris Millares since the age of 8, and currently holds the rank of 2nd Dan in American Kenpo. Bryan is an excellent instructor and role model for our students. His favorite weapon is the nunchaku. He excels at sparring, and is an avid bodybuilder, making him an excellent fitness instructor as well. Bryan is CPR certified and has all PA clearances.

Sensei Anthony Fontanarosa

Sensei Anthony has been training in the Martial Arts under the direction of Grandmaster Dennis Tosten since the age of 6, and currently holds the rank of 1st Dan in American Kenpo. Anthony excels at creative forms and weapons, with his favorite being the Bo staff, and he is an excellent instructor and role model to our students.

Sensei Rob Maury

Sensei Rob has been training in the Martial Arts for many years, earning his 1st Dan in American Kenpo. Rob is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, with extensive training in TRX, 5K, triathlons, obstacle course races, crossfit, and kickboxing. Rob has either coached or participated in several sports including soccer, wrestling, baseball, and competitive martial arts. Rob is an excellent instructor both for our students and our fitness classes, making him an excellent addition to our mat. Rob is CPR certified and has all PA clearances.

Sensei Josh Friedman

Sensei Josh has been training in the Martial Arts under the direction of Grandmaster Dennis Tosten since the age of 3, and currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan in American Kenpo. Josh is an excellent instructor and role model for our students. He excels at techniques, and his weapon of choice is the sword. Josh is CPR certified.

Sensei Mindi McCluskey

Sensei Mindi has been training in the Martial Arts since the age of 13, and currently holds the rank of 2nd Dan in American Kenpo. Mindi is an excellent instructor and role model for our students. She has extensive training in Filipino Arnis Stick fighting and knife self defense, and is skilled at techniques. Mindi is CPR certified and has all PA state clearances.

Master Kevin Schlueter

Sensei Kevin has been training in the Martial Arts since the age of ten, and currently holds the rank of 5th Dan in American Kenpo. Kevin has extensive training in all weapons, excels in sparring techniques and basics, and is an excellent instructor in our cardio fitness classes. Kevin has all PA clearances.
